Performing Fine Arts

Whether you’re planning a wedding, a milestone birthday party, an award ceremony, or a company celebration, live painting or drawing is a classic form of entertainment making a strong comeback. I use the best quality oil paints and paint alla prima (wet on wet) at events.

  • Yes. If I have to travel longer than 2.5 hours from either Little Rock or Memphis, there will be an additional fee to cover my travel costs. This is custom to each event.

Dimension increase fees are standardized to $7.80/linear inch.

  • I will need an approximate 5 x 5 ft area to set up my easel and materials. I will need an outlet nearby for any required lighting. If you want my painting station to blend in with the reception, I will need a small table and chair provided. Otherwise, I can bring my own. If possible, I would like a few minutes with the bride and groom (or other painting subjects) to capture a reference photograph. I highly prefer to not leave the composition up to chance with other photographers. Painting and photography are completely separate arts.

  • If you dream it, I will make it happen.

  • I typically do not provide a frame. At your request, I can provide one for an additional fee. Otherwise, I can refer you to a framer in your area.

  • As of January, 2025, I only need 4 weeks notice to book your wedding or event. This answer is frequently updated to reflect current openings in my schedule.
